・サイズが合わない、イメージと違った、間違えて購入した。

返品交換をお受けできないもの
・商品発送日を含み、14日以上経過している商品
・使用済み、お直し、洗濯やクリーニングされた商品。
・商品タグ・ラベル・付属品を紛失や商品から切り離した場合。
・パッケージが商品の一部になっている商品のパッケージが破損しているもの
・お客様のもとでニオイや汚れが付着したもの
・セール商品・シナコバ公式オンラインショップ以外で購入された商品
